Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for a Digital Account Manager. The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating digital strategies, leading sales efforts, and managing projects. The Digital Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and updating account plans, completing client reporting, and managing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Sales skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Digital Strategy skills and knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and make data-driven recommendations to clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing and account management is a plus
- Certifications in project management, digital marketing, and/or account management are a plus
