We are currently on the lookout for a Lead UI/UX Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy utilizing your creativity, are always curious, and aren't afraid to push the boundaries of what's possible, we want to hear from you. What will you be responsible for?
- Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.
- Maintain our design system using Figma
- Create interactive mockups in Figma for user journeys/stories.
- Create static JSX templates out of Figma mockups.
- Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
What do you need to have to apply for this position?
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science/Engineering or a relevant field.
- 3+ years experience working with HTML/CSS/Sass
- 7+ years experience as a UI/UX designer.
- Expert knowledge of CSS and Sass
- Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
- Understanding of JSX.
- Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Figma
- Proficiency with using Adobe Suite.
- A history of deconstructing user behaviour to create an improved experience for users, showcased in the form of blog posts, articles, screencasts, etc.
- Proficiency using Git version control.
- Proficiency in using the command line
