What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, specifically in the role of a Tour Executive.
- Passion: A genuine love for travel and a deep understanding of the local and international tourism landscape.
- Expertise: Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to efficiently manage travel bookings and itineraries.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and other team members.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous planning and organizational skills to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to and respect for diverse cultures, customs, and traditions.
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and arranging captivating travel itineraries that showcase the best of Sri Lanka's attractions and experiences.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring every aspect of their journey exceeds expectations.
- Coordinating with hotels, transportation providers, and other partners to secure the best accommodations and services for clients.
- Utilizing GDS to manage flight reservations, ticketing, and other travel-related logistics.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
- Staying updated on industry trends, travel advisories, and destination knowledge to offer expert guidance to clients.
