Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our team at Innozone Institute. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience specifically within the Edexcel O-Level curriculum. As an English Language Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our students, preparing them for success in their O-Level examinations.
Responsibilities:
As an ideal candidate, you will be expected to:
Effectively deliver lessons in accordance with the Edexcel O-Level English Language curriculum.
Provide engaging and interactive classroom instruction to both local and overseas students.
Possess a sound knowledge of the paper structure, marking criteria, and syllabus updates of the Edexcel O-Level English Language examinations.
Create a supportive and conducive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
Collaborate with fellow educators and be a team player within the institute.
Keep abreast of educational developments, methodologies, and best practices to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Regularly communicate with the Head of Operations to provide updates on student progress, challenges, and achievements.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, specifically focused on the Edexcel O-Level English Language curriculum.
Strong passion for education and a genuine commitment to student success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using educational technology tools to enhance teaching and learning.
Adaptability and openness to working with diverse groups of students.
