Position Overview:

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a passion for the ELV industry? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Manager for ELV Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-growing company and make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for ELV solutions.
2. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients in the ELV industry.
3. Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, project management, and operations to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
4. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
5. Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments related to ELV solutions.
6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably in the ELV industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation.
6. Willingness to travel as required.
