We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive who will be able to aid the Komar New Jersey sales team with clerical support. You are required to work remotely on USA hours and must be flexible with your working hours.
Responsibilities
➢ Communication with the retailer on new Pos.
➢ Pull POs from retailer’s intranet and create cut authorizations, and send them to Production, Licensing, and Customer Support.
➢ Proofing POs and communicate with customers on any updates that are needed.
➢ Pulling, maintaining, and creating inventory updates.
➢ Work with head-office determining where the inventory can be sold & communicate with retailers to sell off.
➢ Help request and track samples for Walmart Bazaar voice.
➢ Help with set ups needed after orders are received for accounts.
➢ Complete VDF templates for dropship/e-com retailers.
➢ Complete NuORDER catalogs for market weeks.
➢ Image uploads for Dillards.com in Ebiz.
➢ Pull weekly sales and reports from retailer portals and send them out to team members.
➢ Create and send out monthly policy admin emails for Le Mystere.
➢ Write pre-controls for Private Labels businesses.
➢ Style set-up for Private Labels Brands.
Qualifications
➢Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Management or a related field.
➢ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position.
➢ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and all other office packages.
➢ Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
➢ Strong organizational skills.
➢ Extremely detail oriented.
➢ Ability to multi-task and prioritize critical issues.
➢ Self-starter, resourceful, team player.
➢ Must work well independently in a busy environment as well as with others
