Enliven Designers (Pvt.) Ltd is a one-stop shop for all web requirements such as web designing, web hosting, web development, content writing, SEO, and Social media marketing based in Sri Lanka. In addition to our web-related services, we also offer BPO services to support business operations

We are seeking for Support Engineers to join us as Interns and assist in managing web services and providing comprehensive support to our clients.

As an Intern Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of domains, web, and email services, resolving support tickets, and maintaining effective communication within the support team.

Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including technical troubleshooting, domain management, and proactive monitoring of client websites.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage domains, web, and email services' day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  2. Respond promptly to support tickets and issues raised by Enliven clients and staff, coordinating with relevant resources to provide timely solutions.
  3. Monitor client websites on a daily basis to ensure they are live and functioning correctly, in adherence to support agreements.
  4. Regularly perform website backups and securely store them in multiple locations to mitigate the risk of emergencies.
  5. Collaborate with other support engineers, ensuring they have the necessary access and resources to effectively address support requests while ensuring the timely resolution of all tickets.
  6. Identify and escalate domain and hosting expirations to the management team, ensuring seamless renewals.
  7. Delegate second and third-line support requirements to freelance support engineers and domain/hosting company customer support agents, ensuring proper assignment and resolution.
  8. Communicate resource requirements, risks, threats, and concerns to the tech lead, promptly escalating them to ensure timely resolution.
  9. Foster effective communication within the support team to minimize outages and streamline operations.


Skills / Requirements

  • Basic knowledge on networking
  • Interested to learn and work on server side
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to converse in Tamil
  • Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work on flexible hours throughout the week
