Position: Intern call center operation
Responsibilities
- Inbound/outbound call handling for travel inquires
 - Respond to travel queries initiated through booking platforms
 - Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
 - Maintenance of the booking platforms & production of relevant information
 - Establish relationships with Travel Agents to promote business
 - Coordinate with the social media management team for promotional activities
 - Ability to initiate Digital marketing campaigns within targeted segments
 - Coordination with Travel Agents and maintaining relationships
 - Carry out market researches about emerging trends in the hospitality industry
 - Develop strategies to enhance bookings initiated from each channel
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality industry or related field
 - Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
 - Exposure in Digital marketing tools
 - Sound IT knowledge
 - Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.
