Responsibilities

  • Participating in employee recruitment efforts & benefits tasks.
  • Updating employee benefits, employee status & similar records.
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance & disciplinary.
  • Performing file audits to ensure the required employee documentation.
  • Completing termination paperwork & assisting with exit interviews.


Qualifications

  • Degree or Equivalent Qualification in Human Resources.
  • Fresh Graduates who are looking for internships.
  • Good at computer literate & communication skills in English.
  • Excellent planning, monitoring, reporting & improving skills.
  • Ability to maintain HR documents and databases.
