The Food and Beverage Manager will implement strategies to drive superior service levels and to create unique guest experiences. This role will be responsible for increasing revenue, controlling the inventory and costs, and improving performance levels. The Food and Beverage Manager will be up to date with the food and beverage trends and understand the fine dining experiences with upscale services, whilst also establishing and delivering effective programs that will enhance the service standards of the food and beverage team. In addition, this role will develop exceptional menus and constantly make necessary upgrades.
