  • Ability to continuously learn and be updated on latest technologies
  • Able to work according to the roster (24x7) and a great team player
  • A problem solver with a keen interest in researching, diagnosing and troubleshooting applications issues
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to articulate well for relevant stakeholders


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT , computer science or related technical field
  • Minimum of 6 months working experience in relevant job role
  • Prior experience in working in a support desk operation and troubleshooting issues in production systems
  • Experience in Linux (ubuntu) is a must
  • Working knowledge in Dockers, MongoDB, PGSQL, Redis & AWS will be advantageous
  • Knowledge in High availability, Fail-overs & Disaster recovery will be advantageous
  • Should be able to work on a roster basis
