What you should be good at
- Ability to continuously learn and be updated on latest technologies
- Able to work according to the roster (24x7) and a great team player
- A problem solver with a keen interest in researching, diagnosing and troubleshooting applications issues
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to articulate well for relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT , computer science or related technical field
- Minimum of 6 months working experience in relevant job role
- Prior experience in working in a support desk operation and troubleshooting issues in production systems
- Experience in Linux (ubuntu) is a must
- Working knowledge in Dockers, MongoDB, PGSQL, Redis & AWS will be advantageous
- Knowledge in High availability, Fail-overs & Disaster recovery will be advantageous
- Should be able to work on a roster basis
