Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and community engagement efforts. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Gampaha District. The Social Media Manager will create and implement effective social media strategies, curate and post engaging content, optimize social media platforms, monitor performance metrics, and interact with the online community to foster brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies specifically tailored to social media platforms
- Ability to analyze performance data and utilize insights for continuous improvement of social media activities
- Knowledge of trends and emerging tools in social media and digital marketing
- Prior experience managing social media accounts for organizations or brands is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
