Key Responsibilities


Support Towards Running CEG Initiatives

  • Support the planning, coordination, and ongoing execution of CEG-driven initiatives across multiple competency areas
  • Track initiative-level milestones, dependencies, risks, and progress status
  • Coordinate with relevant CEG heads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Provide coordination support for CEG initiatives such as technology management programs, domain evolution efforts, and upskilling initiatives
  • Assist in preparing updates, trackers, and dashboards related to running initiatives


Competency Framework Support

  • Support overall program-level status monitoring of the competency framework
  • Coordinate assessments and assist in collating and analyzing assessment results
  • Support coordination of individual training plans aligned to competency requirements
  • Assist with additional coordination and monitoring activities related to competency management where required


Training Programs Support

  • Support coordination of the initiation and follow-up of training programs, certification programs, and other learning programs
  • Maintain structured records of training activities and completion status


KPI Monitoring & Data Collation

  • Work with relevant CEG heads to support data collation and recording for related KPIs
  • Assist in maintaining accurate KPI trackers and repositories
  • Support progressive KPI follow-ups and preparation of interim status updates


Additional Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Support ad-hoc activities and administrative tasks related to competency and capability development efforts


Person Specifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management or a related field
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities
  • Basic data handling and analysis skills (Excel / spreadsheets)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
