Position: Junior Analyst (Internship)
Location: Mireka Tower, Havelock City, Colombo 5. On site.
Duration: 6 Months
Successful applicants will be invited to join a series of assessments and interviews. Following these sessions, offers will be made for analysts to start as soon as practical.

- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (at least 2nd year) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Strong grounding in statistics, quantitative reasoning, and analytical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
- Experience with Python, SQL, or similar programming languages for data analysis
- Experience working with data analysis libraries or tools
- Interest in labor markets, economics, policy, technology, or the future of work
- Ability to translate quantitative findings into clear explanations and insights
