Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Analyst. The primary responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders. The Business Analyst will play a key role in assessing business needs to deliver actionable insights and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Business Analysis for identifying trends, solving problems, and driving data-based decision-making.
- Expertise in understanding and defining Business Processes and documenting Business Requirements to support project outcomes.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and project objectives.
- Knowledge of tools or frameworks relevant to business analysis, such as workflow modeling or process mapping, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in digital transformation or technology-driven projects is a strong advantage.
