Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Create user stories, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs)
  • Support system implementation, testing, and deployment activities
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and reporting
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
  • Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams
  • Ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Public Trust Clearance
