Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Batticaloa for an Associate Software QA Engineer. The Associate Software QA Engineer will be responsible for executing manual testing, developing and maintaining quality assurance processes, and collaborating with the software development team to ensure product quality. Day-to-day tasks include writing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of software quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Quality, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance
- Strong skills in Manual Testing and identifying defects in various testing scenarios
- Understanding of Software Development concepts and workflows
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus
