Key Responsibilities
- Understand and adapt to ADL DevOps culture and best practices
- Take ownership of DevOps activities within assigned projects with guidance from senior leadership
- Support and coordinate with DevOps teams across multiple projects
- Contribute to CI/CD automation, pipeline implementation, and integration tasks
- Assist in optimizing DevOps practices through process improvements and adoption of new technologies
- Contribute to different stages of the SDLC as required
- Support sprint tracking, identify risks, and assist in mitigation planning
- Review tasks performed by team members to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Assist in effort estimation and planning activities
- Contribute to designing CI/CD pipelines and deployment architectures
- Support system performance monitoring and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with support teams to help achieve SLAs
- Participate in System Integration Testing
- Follow and promote DevSecOps practices within the team
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT, Systems/Networking, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps / Networking / IT / Telecommunication
- Experience with API GW, DevOps | AWS, DevOps | Jenkins
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Prior experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members is an added advantage
- Good understanding of systems, networking, and software fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with UNIX-based operating systems
- Experience with scripting (Bash/Ansible/Python/Terraform) and familiarity with programming languages such as Java/Angular/React/PHP
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker, SCM tools)
- Familiarity with monitoring and log management tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Exposure to one or more cloud platforms
- Basic knowledge of DBMS management
- Understanding of system and network security concepts (DevSecOps)
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
