About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team in Miami Gardens, FL. The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our training and internship programs, ensuring participants receive comprehensive support throughout their journey. This role involves coordinating training sessions, liaising with corporate partners, providing mentorship, and monitoring participant progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a passion for youth development, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on young adults' lives by guiding them toward successful careers in banking, IT support, and other professional fields.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in youth development, education, or workforce training is advantageous.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry sectors such as banking or IT support is a plus.
