Job Role:
- Gather and evaluate business user requirements to assess current state and define future state.
- Brainstorm and design multiple iterations of new business processes using tools such as Visio; create architecture maps.
- Develop user journeys and mockups to visualize solutions.
- Define project scope and objectives, prepare project plans, and manage delivery through completion.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and prepare regular documentation and reports.
- Lead daily stand-up calls with the development team to ensure alignment and progress on technological solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Track and report relevant KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to retire legacy technologies and migrate to modern solutions, including RPA, AI, and other emerging technologies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scenarios and facilitating execution.
- Any other tasks or projects as requested by the Management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Passionate about Sri Lanka; you're committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
- Bachelor's degree graduate (Business Information Systems, Business Process Management, Business Data Analytics, Information Technology or equivalent).
- Prior internship experience will be a plus.
- Ability to carry out process mapping, user journey mapping and solution documentation.
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders to understand their wants and needs and define requirements around their IT/digital requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages & IT literacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences. (English & Sinhala language)
- Experience or willingness to embrace the challenges in collaborating with cross-functional agile teams in remote and on-site environments during both design and development sprints.
- Highly punctual in delivering work according to deadlines and well-organized work.
- A multi-tasker and flexible to ongoing developments /demand of work.
- An ambitious person with a "can-do" mindset.
