About The Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Front-End Web Developer & Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-converting landing pages and scalable template systems that span multiple platforms such as Ceros, Cvent, and HubSpot. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can seamlessly transition between design and development, leveraging both no-code tools and custom front-end coding to deliver engaging, responsive, and on-brand digital experiences. Your work will directly influence campaign success, product launches, and event promotions, ensuring that our digital assets are polished, performant, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in building marketing websites and landing pages
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (bonus: jQuery)
  • Experience designing and developing within CRM platforms like HubSpot, including template and page creation
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or similar, with an eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
  • A portfolio showcasing landing pages and front-end work, including live links or case studies
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (sponsorship not available)
  • Basic understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility

Nice to have qualifications include HubSpot CMS development experience (custom modules, themes, HubL), familiarity with CRO/A/B testing, analytics tags, and experience working with component libraries or design systems. Candidates who are hybrid designers and developers, passionate about creating high-performing marketing pages, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop landing pages for various campaigns, product launches, and events that are fast, polished, and aligned with brand standards
  • Create and maintain reusable templates and page components to streamline production and ensure consistency across platforms
  • Extend no-code tools with custom front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to add styling, interactivity, and functionality
  • Support and develop HubSpot CMS templates, themes, and modules, leveraging HubL when applicable
  • Ensure all pages are responsive, accessible, performant, and compatible across different browsers and devices
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to iterate on pages based on performance metrics, UX best practices, and conversion optimization strategies
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, accessibility, and user experience in all deliverables
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends and incorporate best practices into ongoing projects
