Job Opportunity - Web Design & Support Associate (Remote)
We are seeking an entry-level Web Design & Support Associate to help create, customize, and maintain online ordering websites for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates with a web development background, basic coding knowledge, and experience working with templates on platforms like Shopify. You will be hands-on with website setup, minor fixes, and digital asset management, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Set up and customize Digital Storefront websites using pre-designed templates (e.g., Shopify).
- Basic knowledge of HTML for website customization and minor coding adjustments.
- Manage digital assets, product listings, and pricing within the system.
- Assist with pre-flight checks for print-ready files when required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations across digital storefronts
- Experience with basic web design and layout modifications.
- Customer support experience or great communication skills
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the setup and customization of online ordering platforms for customers.
- Create and edit design layouts for websites, including product listings, banners, and promotional materials using Adobe InDesign.
- Maintain website content, ensuring all design elements and assets are up-to-date and meet quality standards.
- Perform minor HTML coding for website adjustments and customizations, such as aligning text, updating images, and adding new sections to pages.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Web Development or a related field.
- Basic understanding of coding and website customization.
- Experience creating or managing websites using templates (Shopify or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
