Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Colombo, with some flexibility for remote work. The role includes creating high-quality content for social media platforms, managing social media accounts, drafting and scheduling posts, and tracking performance metrics. The Social Media Content Creator will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns, engage with the online community, and stay updated on social media trends to ensure content is impactful and relevant.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Social Media Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Content Development
- Experience in Social Media Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Community Engagement
- Proficiency in Social Media Analytics, Performance Metrics, and Trend Analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design platforms
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and platforms
- Experience with popular social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a hybrid environment
- English speaking skills is a must
- Confident & should be able to feature themselves on the social media to create contents
- Salary 55k-75k
