At Jetwing Travels, storytelling is at the heart of how we connect people to the world. Our outbound team brings global journeys to life and we are now looking for a creative, detail oriented Assistant – Social Media to support our outbound marketing and communication efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who understands digital platforms, enjoys content coordination and wants to grow within a structured, high standards travel brand.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support the planning, scheduling and publishing of social media content for outbound travel markets
• Assist in writing captions, adapting content and maintaining brand tone across platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, updates and campaign inputs
• Help manage content calendars and ensure timely posting
• Monitor engagement, comments and basic performance metrics
• Support campaign execution for promotions, itineraries and seasonal travel themes
• Maintain consistency with Jetwing’s brand, quality and communication standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content coordination
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and basic scheduling tools
• An eye for detail, aesthetics and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Interest in travel, storytelling and digital content
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and grow within a professional team
