We are seeking Project Coordinator Interns to join our delivery team. What matters most is your communication skills, teamwork, and commitment to learn.
As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will work alongside our project team to support client communication, internal coordination, and project documentation. You'll gain hands-on experience in real ERP implementation projects while developing professional skills that will serve your entire career.

Client Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and follow up on pending items
- Coordinate between internal teams (consultants, developers) and clients to ensure smooth project flow
- Organise and participate in project meetings and client discussions
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, and timesheets
- Ensure all project records are organised, up-to-date, and easily accessible
Project Support
- Track action items and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion
- Flag potential issues or delays to senior team members proactively
- Provide general coordination support to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — this is critical
- Team player who can work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, IT, Management, or related field
