Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Internship role located in Colombo. The intern will support the HR team in tasks such as assisting with the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, coordinating employee benefits programs, participating in personnel management processes, and supporting day-to-day human resources operations. Additional responsibilities may include administrative support and contributing to team projects.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including basic HR processes and functions
- Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
- Ability to assist in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management tasks
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is beneficial
- An eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively
- A degree or enrollment in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar is preferred
