WE’RE HIRING – IT ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
• oversee all day-to-day POS configurations & integrated applications.
• New locations & users, menu & menu rollout implementation including gift voucher processing & promotions.
• Work with IT Service Provider to facilitate equipment sourcing, inventory & installation support.
• Fare knowledge of SQL Database related queries.
• Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance system.
• Operating computer systems that monitor surveillance camera feeds for activity.
• troubleshoot company IT Infrastructure including IT Equipment.
• Knowledge in Office 365 and other email related in-house and cloud applications.
Requirements
• Minimum 1-year hands on experience in similar capacity.
• Minimum Qualification HND in Computing or relevant qualifications.
• Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.
• Good Team player.
•Fare knowledge in Sarasa Easy way Point of sales would be an Advantage.
