About HostAsia : We are a reputed Web Hosting service provider with over 25 years of industry excellence. We specialize in selling hosted Dedicated Servers globally and providing Colocation services via our data centers. We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and responsible individual to coordinate our critical business operations.
The Role: This is a key operational role focusing on payments, vendor coordination, and internal management. We need someone who is fast, efficient, and can handle responsibilities with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment & Order Management: Ensure daily recurring invoices for servers are paid on time to prevent service disruptions. Process new dedicated server orders and coordinate setups.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate with international Data Centers to request quotations, arrange meetings for Colocation services, and coordinate technical requirements.
- Client Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings between Colocation clients and technical teams.
- Database Administration: Maintain and update internal databases for our network of 16+ websites.
- HR & Payroll Coordination: Prepare monthly payroll for approximately 15 employees and handle HR-related administrative tasks.
- Facility Management: Supervise the office maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure a clean working environment.
- Inventory Control: Manage the office kitchen inventory (purchasing vegetables, meat, spices, etc. weekly) to ensure the smooth operation of our complimentary staff meal program.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Business Operations, Coordination, or a similar capacity.
- Fluency in English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory for dealing with international vendors.
- Strong competency in IT, email handling, and database management.
- High sense of responsibility and urgency (ability to get things done on time).
- Ability to act immediately during emergency situations.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Location: On-site (Full Time). This is NOT a Work-From-Home position.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Availability: Must be reachable online after hours for urgent operational matters.
- Meals: Free Breakfast and Lunch provided daily.
- Salary: 75000 LKR - 100,000 LKR
