We are in an exciting growth phase—expanding our local market presence, building international partnerships, and establishing direct client relationships in the US, EU, and Australia. To drive this growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take our business to the next level.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive business development professional with a hunter mentality—someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, building relationships, and driving deals to closure. This is not a reactive, lead-nurturing role; it requires initiative, persistence, and a passion for winning new business.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across three channels: local market expansion, international partner relationships, and direct international client acquisition. New Business Development
- Proactively identify, pursue, and acquire new clients across local and international markets
- Research and target potential clients in key industries (manufacturing, retail, healthcare, hospitality, services)
- Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent deal flow
International Growth
- Develop relationships with Odoo partners globally for staff augmentation and project collaboration
- Identify and pursue direct international clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
- Represent Nerosoft in international markets (US, EU, Australia) and build our global presence
- Manage communications across time zones and cultural contexts
Sales Execution
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to close
- Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client requirements
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve win-win outcomes
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Relationship Building
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Represent Nerosoft at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Position Nerosoft as the trusted ERP partner for businesses seeking digital transformation
- Nurture strategic partnerships that generate recurring business opportunities
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Provide insights on client needs, pricing strategies, and market positioning
- Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and offerings
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Functional Consultants and Delivery team to ensure smooth handover of closed deals
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and BA team for proposal documentation and solution design
- Provide feedback to improve our offerings based on market and client insights
Required:
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong hunter mentality—you find and create opportunities, not wait for them
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)—you'll be selling to international clients
- Confident presenter who can articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking
Preferred:
- Experience selling ERP, software, or technology solutions
- Exposure to international clients or markets
- Understanding of the Odoo ecosystem or similar ERP platforms
- Existing network in target industries or markets
- Experience with digital sales channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
