OXO HRIS is our innovative, AI-driven Human Resource Information System, designed to transform how organizations manage, engage, and develop their human capital. To align our product with industry best practices and emerging HR technology trends, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with HRIS experience to join our team.
Scope of Work:
- Conduct competitor and market analysis and propose new features for OXO HRIS
- Support alignment of OXO HRIS with current and emerging HR industry requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document HR, payroll, compliance, and workforce management requirements
- Analyze existing HR processes and recommend system driven improvements
- Translate HR and business needs into clear functional and product specifications
- Advise on HR technology best practices, workflows, and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams on feature design and prioritization
- Support testing, UAT, and stakeholder validation
- Ensure solutions deliver compliance, scalability, and measurable business value
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to HRIS or HR technology platforms
- Solid understanding of core HR processes including payroll, leave, performance management, and compliance
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
- Experience working in Agile environments with product, UX, and engineering teams
- Ability to translate market and competitor insights into product enhancements
- Experience supporting HRIS implementations, enhancements, and UAT
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
