We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in an IT or software environment. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, working closely with stakeholders, and supporting development and QA teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Prepare user stories, functional documents, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the delivery process
- Support UAT and requirement clarifications
- Assist in process improvements and solution enhancements
Nice to Have (Value-Adding):
- Exposure to Project Management, Technical, or QA activities
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
