Job Description
- Provide daily support through SummitAI for issues related to VPN, O365, printers, operating systems, OneDrive backups, and applications
- Handle device hardware–related issues or escalate them as needed
- Configure MacBooks and Windows laptops for new and existing users
- Manage warranty-related repairs with vendors, including follow-ups and payment coordination
- Perform onboarding tasks such as Active Directory (AD) account creation and laptop allocation
- Manage AD configurations, including alias updates, attribute changes, group membership, and mailbox setup
- Allocate and maintain Microsoft licenses
- Configure CCTV systems and perform daily operational checks; maintain CCTV logs and performance records
- Update and maintain IT asset records
- Manage Dialog/Mobitel portal activities when required
- Handle GDPR and security responsibilities, including IAM, MFA, incident response (IR), data protection and privacy, and access log monitoring
- Support audit- and compliance-related reporting when required
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, AD, O365, basic networking, and ticketing tools
- Understanding of GDPR fundamentals and security best practices
- Experience with CCTV/NVR systems, Veeam backups, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as OpManager
- Basic understanding of IAM and MFA technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
