Job Vacancy: Admin & Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Admin & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update stock records accurately
- Handle packaging of orders and ensure items are prepared for dispatch on time
- Coordinate with courier companies for pickups, deliveries, and tracking
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and courier-related inquiries
- Prepare courier documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and tracking details
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or related role
- Positive attitude with a proactive and active working style
- Strong team player with good coordination skills
- Experience in handling courier services and logistics coordination
- Basic to good computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, record keeping)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work Schedule:
- Office located in Kohuwala.
- Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday – 10.00 AM - 5.00 PM
Salary:
- During Probation: LKR 50,000 – 55,000 + Incentives
