Job Vacancy: Admin & Logistics Coordinator


We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Admin & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team!


Job Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update stock records accurately
  • Handle packaging of orders and ensure items are prepared for dispatch on time
  • Coordinate with courier companies for pickups, deliveries, and tracking
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and courier-related inquiries
  • Prepare courier documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and tracking details


Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or related role
  • Positive attitude with a proactive and active working style
  • Strong team player with good coordination skills
  • Experience in handling courier services and logistics coordination
  • Basic to good computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, record keeping)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Work Schedule:


  • Office located in Kohuwala.
  • Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday – 10.00 AM - 5.00 PM


Salary:


  • During Probation: LKR 50,000 – 55,000 + Incentives
