📍 Hybrid Work Model | 2 Days Onsite per Week
🕒 Shift: Mid-day to Night
• 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST
• 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technical Project / Program Manager, you will own the delivery of complex, high-impact technology initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate closely with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your work will directly contribute to mission-critical systems within mobile application development or the aviation domain.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure
- Partner with engineering, QA, and product teams to define scope, timelines, and delivery plans
- Lead Agile ceremonies, manage sprints, and track delivery using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring visibility and alignment
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, implementing mitigations early
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and full compliance with client requirements
- Conduct retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present status reports, KPIs, and project health dashboards for leadership and clients
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to overall project management maturity and best practices

✔ Must-Have Experience
- 10+ years in the IT industry, with at least 6+ years as a Project or Program Manager
- Proven delivery experience managing large-scale, multi-project initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset
