Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Jaffna. The Social Media Executive will manage and execute social media strategies, content planning, and optimization to enhance the organization's online presence. Responsibilities include content creation, managing various social media platforms, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
- Good knowledge in designing (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator preferred)
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut/Premiere Pro/DaVinci)
- Ability to create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
- Good communication & time-management skills
