Location - Jaffna
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design, coding, and debugging of semiconductor equipment software, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Document systematically throughout the development process for optimal outcomes.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, lab, and integration testing, to ensure software quality.
- Design and debug multithreaded applications for embedded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for software design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Enhance existing software and processes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, supporting internal and external customers.
- Apply modern software development methodologies to improve practices.
- Lead the software team, set goals, and align efforts with project objectives and company strategies.
- Ensure product maturity by monitoring revisions and addressing bugs.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, with 2-5 years of experience in software design.
- Proficient in C++ and C#.Net with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts and Back-end Development Concepts.
- Experienced in Git for version control and coding practices, ensuring high-quality code management.
- Preferred in RTOS and Front-end Development Concepts, with the ability to integrate both back-end and front-end solutions effectively.
- Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, analyzing and resolving complex challenges while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders in English.
- Demonstrate creative and innovative thinking, driving unique solutions and ensuring project success through collaboration and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possesses strong project management and leadership abilities, inspiring teams and ensuring timely execution of projects with a focus on precision and organizational expertise.
