About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to work with our Sales and Customer Service teams to oversee operational change projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience of working within a large contact centre environment is desirable as a big part of your role will be delivering new ways of working into our sales and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Produce scope documents, impact assessments and project plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and build strong relationships to gain buy-in and support.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues effectively to all parties.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and address concerns
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
Communication & Training
- Design and deliver clear, consistent communication plans to keep employees informed.
- Coordinate training programs to equip teams with the skills needed for successful adoption
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track progress against project milestones and KPIs.
- Identify and resolve issues that may hinder operational adoption.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
Process Improvement
- Capture lessons learned and integrate best practices into future change initiatives
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
