- Assist in recruitment activities such as screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Assist with attendance, leave records, and basic payroll data preparation
- Support HR documentation, including letters, forms, and reports
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and training programs
- Handle basic employee queries and redirect them to relevant HR personnel
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling HR-related information
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
- Undergraduate or recently completed degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
