Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating digital marketing activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. This role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client communications.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights for clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance and upsell relevant services.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation, project timelines, and workflow updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and insights.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar platforms (added advantage).
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
