About The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our team as a consultant focused on building and migrating scalable automation solutions for small and mid-sized businesses (SMEs).

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused. You’ll work closely with internal teams and UK-based clients to design, optimise, and migrate automation systems using modern low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, and Python, with a strong emphasis on scalability and clean architecture.

What You Will Work On

• Build and optimise Airtable bases and data models
• Design Make workflows and full end-to-end automations
• Write Python scripts and small tools to handle complex logic or data workflows
• Integrate multiple systems using APIs and low-code/no-code platforms
• Migrate existing client automation setups into cleaner, more scalable solutions
• Support AI and automation projects across the team
• Participate in client sessions and collaborate with UK-based stakeholders
  
  

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical delivery or consulting, focused on automation for SMEs
• Proven, hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms:
• Airtable (certification preferred)
• Make (certification preferred)
• Zapier
• Strong ability to design end-to-end automations and integrate diverse systems
• Strong Python skills and general coding ability for scripts, tools, and data-heavy automation tasks
• Solid experience working with APIs and scalable automation architectures
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with UK-based clients

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Proficiency across all three platforms: Airtable, Make, and Zapier
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, or other CRM systems
• Prior experience with AI projects, workflow orchestration, or a strong interest in applying AI to SME business processes
