We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Social Media Executive. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and skilled at crafting engaging, impactful content that resonates with audiences.


Job Role


  • Manage all organizational social media platforms and create campaigns and content to sustain an engaging audience experience while increasing audience satisfaction.
  • Research and analyze social media trends, including social media ad performance and web visitor data, to enhance social media presence and improve campaign ROI.
  • Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts that inform audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns on investment.
  • Evaluate campaigns using tracking systems to collect visitor data, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop social media timelines aligned with new product launches, advertising campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and prepare reports on competitor activity across social media platforms.


Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Passion for social media and a strong understanding of TikTok trends and culture.
  • Experience in LinkedIn content creation would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of setting up digital ads on Meta and Google Ads platforms would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or other relevant software would be an added advantage.
  • High level of creativity and the ability to think innovatively and strategically.
