Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience to bridge business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and ensure high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, workshops, and process mapping activities.
  • Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
  • Work closely with product managers and development teams to refine backlogs and ensure requirements are well understood.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions.
  • Analyze current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for efficiency and business value.
  • Validate solutions through UAT planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Support cross-functional communication and alignment across business, technical, and QA teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Assist in data analysis, reporting, and business insights using relevant tools.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices, SDLC, and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to create clear, concise user stories, workflows, and documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, requirement elicitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.


Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience in industries such as airline & travel.
  • Proficiency in data visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
