About the Role

As an Associate – Digital Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of our online presence—managing social media, designing digital assets, and running campaigns that connect our brand with audiences.

This role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates passionate about marketing, design, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
• Manage corporate social media pages and maintain consistent branding.
• Design engaging creatives, infographics, and digital visuals.
• Develop and schedule digital content calendars.
• Write and publish posts, blogs, and other digital content.
• Implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance visibility.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (pursuing or completed) in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Internship or freelance exposure in digital marketing or content creation is an advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and campaign analytics.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Interest in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for content and campaign optimization.
• Soft Skills:
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
