Role Description
Assistant Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Prepare and manage monthly financial reports and statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts accurately.
- Assist with audits, tax submissions, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely statutory payments (EPF, ETF, PAYE, VAT).
Requirements
- Partly qualified in AAT / CA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, including monthly reporting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting principles.
- Good command of Excel and accounting software (QB).
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
