Software Engineer

We’re looking for high-IQ, high-initiative junior engineers who are deeply fluent in the new wave of AI-native coding tools and frameworks. What You’ll Do

• Design & Build: Develop software features and prototypes.
• Think Computationally: Break down complex problems into logical, algorithmic steps and design solutions that are elegant and scalable.
• Collaborate: Partner with product and fellow engineers to refine requirements and ship quickly.
• Problem-Solve: Take ambiguous, complex problems and structure them clearly, communicating your approach at each step.
• AI-First Development: Continuously evaluate and adopt AI frameworks, libraries, and platforms that improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Learn & Grow: Operate with curiosity and rigor, pushing yourselves to gain deeper technical expertise and business context with every project.
