What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-End Development: Build scalable and maintainable full-stack applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring ideas to life.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Use AI-assisted development (Copilot or similar) to write better, faster, and cleaner code.
- Performance & Reliability: Optimize for speed, scalability, and security.
- Quality & Standards: Follow best practices in coding, security, and software development lifecycles.
What We Expect
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of post-internship industry experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend: .NET Core, Node.js, or similar.
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.).
- AI-Assisted Development: Actively using Copilot (or similar tools) or strong passion to adopt AI-driven development.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize complex systems.
- Cloud Knowledge: Exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with ownership of tasks.
- Communication: Good written and spoken English to work with international teams.
