Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full mobile app development lifecycle using Flutter, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect and implement clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
• Translate complex UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance for speed and efficiency on both Android and iOS.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Integrate with third-party services, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., Firebase, AWS).
• Define and enforce best practices in mobile development, including code reviews and testing.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and Flutter ecosystem updates, advocating for appropriate adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in mobile development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, widget, integration) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
