Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Intern, based in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte. The IT Intern will support network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service tasks. The intern will work closely with IT professionals to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the field.
Qualifications
- Skills in Network Administration and Network Security
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in a similar role or relevant projects is a plus
