Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
• Update and manage recruitment trackers and HR databases.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for smooth recruitment processes.
• Assist in HR-related documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the HR team to gain exposure across HR functions.
Requirements
• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
