The Executive – Human Resources will be responsible for handling core HR operations and supporting the overall people agenda of the organisation. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance administrative tasks with employee engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.

● Support onboarding and induction programmes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

● Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.

● Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation in line with company policies.

● Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and well-being.

● Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, policies, and procedures.

● Coordinate performance review cycles and ensure timely completion of evaluations.

● Support audits and statutory reporting as required.

● Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical HR practices.


Key Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or similar capacity.

● Knowledge of HR processes, labour law compliance, and documentation standards.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
